Mechanism

L-Methyl Folate bypasses folate metabolism steps and directly participates in DNA synthesis and red blood cell maturation. Cyanocobalamin supports myelin sheath integrity, enhances nerve conduction, and aids hemoglobin synthesis. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate acts as a coenzyme in amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, reducing neuropathic symptoms.
